Warm up
5 min of jump rope (work on double unders, speed steps)
Group Mobility

Skill
Kipping

Conditioning
For time, complete the following:
60 Wall-balls (20 / 14 lbs)
120 ft Broad-jumps
20 Power clean & jerks (135 / 95 lbs)
120 ft Broad-jumps
60 Wall-balls
