Warm up
2 Min of jump rope
30 Mountain climbers
2 Min of jump rope
Group mobility

Strength
5 x 3 Deadlift

Conditioning
10 Min AMRAP of:
8 Pull ups
6 Burpees
4 Pistol squats (each leg)
