Run 400 m or row 500 m
then 2 rounds of
5 Push ups
10 Overhead squats w PVC
30 sec Handstand hold

Strength
5 x 5 Back Squat

Conditioning
10 Min AMRAP of
10 KB Snatch + Lunge (1.5 / 1 pood)
12 V-ups
14 Jumping back squats (45 / 35 lbs)
