Workout of the Day

Warm up
Run 400 m or row 500 m
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Group mobility

Strength
High bar back squat 5 x 5 (heavier than last week)

Conditioning
7 rounds of
30 seconds of burpees
30 seconds of jumping back squats (45 / 35 lbs)
1 minute rest

*Score will be total reps of each round

Fall seven times, stand up eight.
