Workout of the Day

Warm up
Row 500 m or run 400 m
Group mobility

Strength
Back squat 5 x 5 @ 65 – 70% of 1 RM
Shoulder press 5 x 5 @ 65 – 70% or 1 RM

Conditioning

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
7 Push presses (115 / 75 lb)
14 Front squats (115 / 75 lb)
21 Lateral jumps over bar (feet must leave and land at the same time)
