Workout of the Day

Strength
Back Squat 5 x 3 (5-10 lbs heavier than your last session)
Shoulder Press 5 x 3 (2.5 – 5 lbs heavier than your last session)

Conditioning
3 rounds for time of:
15 Hang power cleans (135 / 95)
15 Burpees
