Back Squat 5 x 3 (5-10 lbs heavier than your last session)
Shoulder Press 5 x 3 (2.5 – 5 lbs heavier than your last session)
2011 CrossFit Games Open Week 4 Workout
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats (120/90)
***If you don’t have muscle-ups yet, do 20 pull-ups (ring rows) and 20 ring-dips
