Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes do 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch (Heavy – 70-80% of Power Snatch)

Conditioning
21-15-9 rep rounds of:
Overhead Squats (95 / 65) [135 / 95]
Box Jumps (24 / 20) [30 / 24]
Hand Release Push-ups [ring dips]
