Strength
Back Squat 5 x 3 (Five sets of three reps at approximately 80% of your 1 rep max or 5-10 lbs heavier than your last session)
Shoulder Press 5 x 3 (Five sets of three reps at approximately 80% of your 1 rep max or 2.5 – 5 lbs heavier than your last session)

Conditioning
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
20 KB Snatches (53 / 35) [10 right, 10 left – broken up however] (demo video)
30 Jumping Lunges (demo video)
40 Double-Unders (120 singles)
