Strength
Push Press
15 minutes to establish a heavy Push Press (if you’re feeling good, attempt a new 1 RM)

Conditioning
AMRAP in 14 minutes of:
10 Toes to Bar
5 Deadlifts (225 / 155)
10 Box Jump Overs (24 /20)

*Rx+ 275 / 185 and 30 / 24*
