Strength
Take 16 minutes to work up to a heavy Hang Squat Clean

Conditioning
12 Minute AMRAP of:
3 Hang Power Cleans (135 / 95)
6 Handstand Push-ups
9 Pull-ups

Rx+ 185 / 125, parallette bar HSPU (45# plate and abmat for men, 45 + 25# plate and abmat for women) chest to bar pull-ups
