Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2
Increasing the load each set, establish a 2 rep max Front Squat

Conditioning
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
10 Overhead Squats (95 / 65)
10 Pull-ups

Open Athletes:
AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
10 Overhead Squats (95 / 65)
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (if you don’t have C2B, do regular, and if you don’t have regular, use a band)
