Shoulder Press 5 x 5 at 60-65% of 1 Rep Max (Do not increase the load each set. All sets and reps to be done at the same weight)
Immediately after each set, complete 20 Dumbbell Walking Lunges (10 each leg), then rest 60-90 seconds
