Establish a heavy Hang Clean for the day

This was one of the workouts Katelyn and I did when we went to San Diego and dropped in to Invictus. It was …fun, so I thought I’d share the fun with you guys.
6 rounds for total reps of:
30 seconds of Thrusters (95 / 65)
30 seconds rest
30 seconds of max Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
30 seconds rest

Score will be total number of reps completed
