Workout of the Day

Strength
Back Squat 5 x 5 at 75-80% (all sets and reps to be done at the same weight)

Immediately after each set, hold the Superman Plank for 45-60 seconds, then rest 1-2 minutes

Conditioning
3 rounds for time:
400 meter run
21 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
12 Ring-dips

Rx+ 30 / 20 lb ball, 6 / 3 muscle-ups
