Strength
Deadlift
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes, perform 3 Deadlifts @ 70% of 1 rep max

Immediately after each set, perform 10 Lateral Barbell Hops, or complete 20 Double-Unders

Conditioning
For time:
1 Lap around the Block
then
4 rounds of:
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
15 Burpees
