Back squat 5 x 5 @ 73% of 1 rep max

After each set, complete 15-20 Hand Release Push-ups, then rest 90 seconds

Conditioning
“Helen”
3 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
21 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
12 Pull-ups

Abs and Back:
Accumulate 2 min Superman hold
200 Flutter Kicks (scroll to 1:15)

Alright, since it made the cover of Time magazine, does it mean the war on saturated fat is officially over? I hope so. Ending the War on Fat – Time
