Increasing the weight each set, establish a 3 rep max Push Press

Conditioning
2011 CrossFit Games 11.4 Workout

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squats (120 / 90)
10 Muscle-ups (sub 20 pull-ups then 20 ring-dips)

Last done: 1/15/14
