Strength
Power Clean
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes, perform 3 Power Cleans at 70-80% of 1 rep max
(or 5-10 lbs heavier than what you did on May 22)

Conditioning
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
5 Hang Cleans – full squat (95 / 65)
10 Box Jumps (24 / 20)

Rx+ 135 / 95
