Medicine Ball Drills

Conditioning
Every five minutes, for 25 minutes, complete the following:
400 m Run
15 Deadlifts (155 / 105)
15 Box Jumps (24 / 20)

Rx+ 205 / 135, 30 / 24

Note times for each individual round.
