Strength
Push Press 5-5-5-5-5
Increasing the load each set, establish a 5 rep max push press

Conditioning
Four rounds for time of:
15 Goblet Squats (w/ dumbbell)
20 Alternating DB Snatches (10 R, 10 L)
15 Toes to Bar

**You will get one DB, so make sure to choose a challenging weight for the squats and snatches.**

Rx+ 5 rounds,  55+/ 40+
