Workout of the Day

Strength
Back Squat 5 x 5 at 72%

Immediately after each set: 20-30 Abmat Butterfly Sit-ups (AFAP), then rest 1 minute

Conditioning
Three rounds for reps of:
1 Minute Max Overhead Squats (95 / 65)
1 Minute Max Hand Release Push-ups
1 Minute Max Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
1 Minute Rest

Rx+ 135 / 95, strict HSPU

Score will be total number of reps completed for each movement.
