Strength
Deadlift
Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes, perform two deadlifts at 75-80%
(or 10-20 lbs heavier than last time)

Conditioning
Three rounds for time of:
50 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
30 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)

Rx+ 30 / 20
