Workout of the Day

Strength
Hang Clean + Front Squats
Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets), perform a 1 Hang Clean + 2 Front Squats

Increase the load by feel. If you’re feeling good, get heavy.

Conditioning
Three rounds for time of:
300 m run
21 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
12 Hang Power Cleans (115 / 75)

Rx+ 400 m run, 30 / 20, 165 / 110
