Strength
Deadlift
Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes, perform 1 deadlift at 80-85% (or 10-20 lbs more than last time)

Conditioning
For time:
1 Lap around the Block
then
4 rounds of:
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
15 Burpees
