50 Box jump (24 / 20)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings (35 / 26)
50 Walking lunge steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press (45 / 35)
50 Good Mornings (45 / 35)
50 Wall-balls (20 / 14)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Thanksgiving Schedule:
Wednesday: Normal schedule, except no Olympic Lifting at 6:30. It will be our normal CrossFit class instead.
Thursday: Closed.
Friday: 11:30, 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30 classes only.
Saturday: Normal.
Sunday: Normal
