Immediately after each set: 40-60 double-unders (unbroken if possible)
No double-unders? Practice for a 60-90 seconds after each set

Rx+ 70 / 53, chest to bar
PLEASE, as you can see from the article above, our city has been hit pretty badly with the flu, so if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms, STAY HOME AND REST. I was informed by at least 10 members yesterday that they have been ill with the flu recently. Let’s not keep spreading it. I know most of are really good about this, but please be extra sure to thoroughly wipe down ALL of your equipment with lysol wipes (including mats and pull-up bars) after using them. Also, we have hand sanitizer outside each of the bathrooms and on the wall next to the jump ropes. Use it liberally throughout the hour you are here. Rub it on your hands and probably your face, too ; ). You should also supplement with vitamin-D, get lots of sleep and eat real, whole foods. Thanks and stay healthy!
