Gymnastics
Three sets, for quality, of:
10-15 Chest to bar pull-ups
5-10 Handstand push-ups (strict if possible)
L-sit (30 seconds)

Conditioning
Six Rounds of:
5 Hang Cleans (155 / 105)
10 Burpees Over the Bar
30 Double-unders

Rx+ 205 / 135
