Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (pick weight)
5 Dumbbell Burpee Box Step-Overs
5 Toes to Bar

Rest 3 minutes between sets, and complete a total of four sets.
