Strength
Shoulder Press
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes: 3 presses at 84%

After each set: 40-60 double-unders or 60-90 seconds of double-under practice

Conditioning
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
9 Ring-dips
12 Shoulder to Overhead (115 / 75)
15 Box Jumps (24 / 20)
