Workout of the Day

A.
Every minute, for 15 minutes:
Min 1: 8 Strict Handstand Push-ups
Min 2: 10 Burpees
Min 3: 12 Pull-ups

At the 15 minute mark, complete three rounds for time of:
8 Strict Handstand Push-ups
10 Burpees
12 Pull-ups

Score will be the total time it took to complete the three rounds

Competition workout release 5: 

Each teammate will complete the following relay style:

Sprint Chipper

10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
15 Deadlifts (Rx: 245 / 165) (Scaled: 175 / 115)
20 Toes to Bar
25 Wall-Balls (20/14)
30 / 25 Calorie Row
