-Lower each rep
-No touch and go reps

Rest 2 minutes between sets

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
10 Box Jumps (24 / 20)

Rx+ unbroken DU, 70 / 53, 30 / 24
