Workout of the Day

A.
In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete AMRAP in 25 minutes of:

50 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
40 Reverse Lunges w Plate Overhead (45 / 35)
30 Burpees Over the Plate
20 Pull-ups
200m Run*

*Both partners run
