Pause the in dip for 3 sec and overhead for 3 sec
After each set: 18-24 abmat sit-ups

AMRAP in 11 minutes of:
11 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
9 Toes to Bar
7 Push Jerks (135 / 95)
Rx+ 70 / 53, 165 / 110
