Every minute, for 12 minutes: 2 reps

Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 3 minutes

B.
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
20 Hang Power Snatch (75 / 55)
30 Overhead Squats (75 / 55)
40 Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
