Increase the load every 3 minutes to the following percentages:
Min 0-2: 65-70%
Min 3-5: 70-75%
Min 6-8: 75-80%
Min 9-11: 80-85%

15 Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
Then,
Buy out: 400m Run
