In teams of two, with partners alternating complete rounds, AMRAP in 30 minutes of:
3 Bear Complexes (95 / 65)
6 Burpees Over the Bar
9 Pull-ups

*Every 6 minutes (min 6, 12, 18, 24): both partners run 400m

Rx+ 135 / 95, chest to bar
