Split Jerk
Spend 15 minutes building to a heavy split jerk
(or 15 minutes to work on technique)

B.
Three rounds for time of:
20 Slam Balls (pick weight)
20 Box Jumps (24 / 20)
400m Run

SURVEY: As CrossFit Forte continues to grow and as you develop as athletes, we feel it is important to solicit feedback from our members. LADIES WOD AND WINE: Friday, May 20th at 6:30 PM.  We will be doing a workout before the wine.  Bring a bottle of your favorite wine and/ or an appetizer to share!  Sign up on Wodify like a regular class (does not count against your membership if you’re on a limited plan).

BRO POKER NIGHT:  Saturday, May 21st at 7 PM.  Bring a beverage of choice and $20 buy-in.  You can also throw into a collection for pizza.
