In teams of two, complete the following:
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
10 Toes to Bar
8 Box Jumps (24 / 20)
While one person works, the other holding a bar in the top of the deadlift (255 / 165).
You may only work if the bar is off the floor.
Rest 5 minutes, then:
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
12 Thrusters (95 / 65)
While one person works, the other is rowing for or biking for calories.
Score will be total calories.
