A.
In teams of two, complete the following for time:

100 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
80 Burpees Over the Bar
60 Box Jumps (24 / 20)
40 Power Cleans (135 / 95)
20 Muscle-ups / Strict Pull-ups

One person works while the other runs 200 meters.

Or, working solo:

50 Wall-Balls
40 Burpees
30 Box Jumps
20 Power Cleans
10 Muscle-ups/strict pull-ups

Run 200m after completing each movement
