A.
Front Squat
Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes: 1 rep at 91%

B.
After each set of front squats: 30 seconds of push-ups
Score will be total reps

C.
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
4-8-12-16-20-24-etc rep rounds of:
Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
Alternating DB Power Snatches (pick weight)
