-No touch and go
-No dropping

B.
After each set of Deadlifts: 30-40 Double-unders (or 20-30 seconds of DU practice)

C.
Three rounds for time of:
400m Run
20 Ball Slams (30 / 20)
20 Hang Power Cleans (95 / 65)
