12 Minutes to either work on technique or to build to something heavy

(if there are limitations due to mobility or other reasons, front squat will be an option)

B.
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
1 Rope Climb
2 Wall-Climbs
3 Devil Presses (pick a challenging load)
