A.
Front Squat
Every minute, for 15 minutes: 2 reps

Starting at 60%, increase 5% every 3 minutes
(60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%)
If you don’t have a 1 rep max, increase the load by feel

B.
“Money Maker”
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
20 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
20 Walking Lunges with a Plate OH (45 / 25)

Rx+ 70 / 53, vest
