Squat Clean Thruster
Every minute, for 12 minutes: perform 1 squat clean thruster

Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 3 minutes (4 different loads)

B.
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
Climb the ladder
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 etc Hang Squat Cleans (135 / 95)
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 Box Jumps (24 / 20)

Score will be total reps completed
