Front Squat
Three sets of 2.2.2.2. at 80% of 1 RM
(or 5-15 lbs heavier than last time)

Rest 30 seconds between clusters, 3 min between sets

B.
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
1000m Run Buy-In
Then, with remaining time:
10 Front Squats (135 / 95)
15 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
20 Abmat Butterfly Sit-ups

Rx+ 185 / 125, 70 / 53
