A.
Snatch + OHS
Every minute, for 12 minutes: 1 Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 3 minutes (4 loads by feel)

B.
Three rounds for reps of:
Min 1: Alternating DB Power Snatches (50 / 35)
Min 2: Row for Calories
Min 3: Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
Min 4: Rest
