Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 sets):
25 Calorie Assault Bike (Ladies: Airdyne)
25 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)

*4 min cap on each round
**Each round will be scored for time

Rx+ 30 / 20, 5/3 ring muscle-ups after each set of wall-balls
