The CFF Annual Canoe Trip is next Saturday, the 17th, immediately after the morning workout, which will be scheduled at 9:00 AM so we can get going a bit earlier. Please sign up HERE to reserve a canoe!

Every 10 minutes, for 30 minutes (3 rounds):
30 Calorie Assault Bike (Ladies: Airdyne)
30 Thrusters (95 / 65)
30 Burpees Over the Bar

Each will be scored for time.

Master’s
25 Calories
25 Thrusters (65 / 45)
25 Burpees (not over bar)
