Box Jumps

Run Around the Block*
30-20-10 rep rounds of:
Push Presses (95 / 65)
Pull-ups

Run Around the Block*
3-20-10 rep rounds of:
Thrusters (95 / 65)
Burpees Over the Bar

*Both partners run.
